ORDER PROCESSING

Every PUIU MAMEI order is packed with care.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

U.S. SHIPPING

We offer free standard shipping within the United States.

Estimated delivery time is 3–8 business days after shipment.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. price varies according to shipping location

Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. PUIU MAMEI is not responsible for customs fees or delays.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered.

PUIU MAMEI is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

ADDRESS CHANGES

If you notice an address mistake, please contact us immediately at hello@puiumamei.com.

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

DELIVERY DELAYS

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or incorrect address submission.

RETURNS

If for any reason your PUIU MAMEI bag is not the right fit, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the bag must be unused, in original condition, with original packaging and tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, stains, odors, scratches, or damage will not be accepted.

To start a return, email Info@puiumamei.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. PUIU MAMEI is not responsible for lost return packages.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. If your bag arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

FINAL SALE

Limited editions, special releases, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned unless defective.
